2. Definitions “Client” means any company, organisation, or individual who contracts OLCTC for training services. “Learner” means an individual enrolled in a training course or learnership. “Website” means www.[yourdomain].co.za and all associated pages. “Services” means accredited training, learnerships, and related consulting services offered by OLCTC.

4. Training Services All training is subject to availability and minimum enrolment requirements. Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of all course requirements and full payment of fees.
5. Fees, Payment, and Refunds Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be specified on invoices or contracts. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the OLCTC Refund & Cancellation Policy. No learner will be admitted to training if fees remain unpaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring that learners meet course entry requirements. Clients must provide accurate and complete learner information for enrolment and accreditation purposes. Where training takes place at the client’s premises, the client must ensure the venue meets OLCTC’s safety and facility requirements.
7. Learner Responsibilities Learners must attend all sessions, complete all assessments, and adhere to the OLCTC Learner Code of Conduct. Absences must be reported and supported by valid documentation where required.
8. Intellectual Property All training materials, assessments, and content remain the intellectual property of OLCTC unless otherwise agreed in writing. No part of the materials may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without OLCTC’s prior written consent.
9. Privacy and Data Protection OLCTC processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy. By using our website or enrolling in training, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in these policies.
10. Limitation of Liability OLCTC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for those services.
